Roni (@ronivthebarbie) shared the video with over 80,000 TikTok followers.

She flexed her figure during a workout as she sported a simple cropped T-shirt and green gym shorts.

As she posed, she uplifted her viewers who were too self-conscious to wear shorts in public.

“Here’s why you should still wear shorts to the gym, even if you have cellulite,” she said.

“Because you’re f**king hot,” she stated matter-of-factly.

Roni explained that she’s worked on changing her outlook and perspective as well as her body.

“Embracing the fact my mom gave me dimples in my butt cheeks and not my face,” she wrote.

Other gym girls have also taken to social media to share their body positive messages.

Kaela (@kr.fiit) revealed in a video that her body looks very different when she’s flexing versus when it’s relaxed.

Despite being very fit, she explained that she had normal features that lots of people stigmatized.

“I have a good amount of muscle and a decently low body fat percentage,” she said.

The gym girl pulled down her leggings to reveal the rolls on her stomach and her back.

“Cellulite. I have it. Lots of women do. It does not mean you are unhealthy,” she said.

She joked that she’s embraced the dimples in her butt
