Grammy Awards 2024 LIVE — Taylor Swift could make history tonight as SZA’s performance gets a standing ovation

THE 2024 Grammy Awards are here – and Taylor Swift has left fans stunned with a huge announcement.

As Taylor accepted the award for Best Pop Vocal Album, she revealed that her brand new album called The Tortured Poets Department will be out on April 19.

Taylor could break a Grammys record tonight, even though her NFL star boyfriend Travis Kelce isn’t there to see it as he prepares for next week’s Super Bowl.

If Taylor wins Album of the Year for her album Midnights, she’ll become the first person in history to win the award four times.

SZA leads the awards with nine nominations. If she wins at least seven of her categories, she’s set to become the female artist with the most wins in a single night – beating Adele and Beyoncé, who hold that record with six wins each.

At the beginning of tonight’s ceremony, SZA took to the stage to perform her hit songs Snooze and Kill Bill, and the star-studded audience gave her a standing ovation after the performance featured jaw-dropping fight choreography.

Miley Cyrus won the first award of the ceremony for Best Pop Solo Performance for Flowers. Lainey Wilson went on to win her first ever Grammy for Best Country Album.

Comedian Trevor Noah is hosting this year’s ceremony from the Arena in Los Angeles.
